Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipments occur Monday through Friday on non holidays. If there is a delay processing or shipping your order we will notify you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the esitmated wieght of the order at checkout. Most orders will be shipped through USPS priority mail and will be delivered within five days of the orders leaving our facility. East Coast Fungus Supply is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will recieve an order conformation via the email address provided at the time of checkout. Tracking will also be sent to this email when the order is processed for shipping.

Customs, duties, and taxes

East Coast Fungus Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

East Coast Fungus Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
